Shipping division provides full shipping agency representation for a number of shipping
principals throughout New Zealand.

owners and charters representation, crew matters, repatriation, medical, provisions,
bunkers, repairs and waste disposal.

CUSTOMS
Through our subsidiary, New Plymouth Customs Agency (NPCA), HOOKER PACIFIC is able to
arrange imports and exports worldwide.
As a Member of the Customs Brokers & Freight Forwarders Federation of NZ Inc. (CBAFF),
NPCA specializes in the formalities required to clear import and export shipments with the
New Zealand Customs and Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries (MAF).
NPCA operate a fully integrated EDI link with NZ Customs which provides for Customs
clearance for all Import / Export Sea freight, Airfreight and Parcel Post consignments.
Being part of the HOOKERS nationwide operation means that all NPCA clients have access
to a nationwide transport network – as well as MAF ATFs, NZ Customs approved bond stores,
devanning facilities and storage areas for general goods and containers.
