When I first enquired with you regarding having just 2 items to be freighted to Wellington I had expected to only be of sheer nuisance value! However I was certainly not made to feel that way at all, quite the reverse in fact.
  On phoning back the following morning to confirm,  you were most helpful in arranging a time to collect them that suited us both. I was delighted it could be the same day, so as you can imagine we were thrilled to hear that our daughter had received the furniture that very evening.
